Prohibited:
• Use of towing equipment
• Off-road driving
• Driving on non-designated roads
• Overloading beyond the permitted limit
• Transporting construction materials
• Smoking inside the vehicle
• Crossing international borders
Payment and Reservation:
• Reservations can be made through the website
• Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the rental period begins
• Payment can be made in cash or via non-cash transfer
• The full rental amount is paid upon receiving the vehicle
• A rental agreement is signed at the time of car delivery
Additional Information:
• In case of a traffic accident:
• Do not move the vehicle
• Immediately notify the insurance company at T: 0322 444 999
• Notify the Patrol Police by calling 112
• Inform the rental company via call or message
• Insurance does not cover incidents caused by driving under the influence.
• If the accident occurs due to gross negligence, the renter is responsible for all damages.
• All traffic fines incurred during the rental period are the driver’s responsibility and must be paid upon returning the vehicle.
